All  applications and engineering I have reviewed for solar power systems are dishonest.   There is always a professional consultant willing to step on their ethics and provide a phony report or write a letter of support providing credibility to pad a  grant application.                                           GRANT ELIGIBILITY SCAM Like every solar project grant application I have seen, a fantasy created to meet the eligibility.  Or in the case of the Nelson solar garden if you have read my previous (recommended before reading any of this) info, unethical engineers report designed to provide a business case.  Presented to Nelson city council by their expert, Alex Love, manager of Nelson hydro.  The biggest piece of engineering garbage I have seen yet regarding a solar project.  Accountability - none.
